What does Monte Oli do?

Monte Oli is a property developer in Montenegro. We buy land, plan houses on it and sell them directly to buyers.

When will the first houses be ready?

Planning is under way right now. We will name a date as soon as the plans are finished. Everyone on the interest list hears about it first.

Where are the plots?

In Montenegro. We will present the exact locations as soon as the projects are planned.

Can foreigners buy a house in Montenegro?

Yes. Foreigners can buy apartments and houses on the same terms as locals. The main exceptions are agricultural land and forest.

Is the price fixed?

Yes. The price and the completion date are set out bindingly in your purchase contract.

Which language do we speak?

You have a German-speaking contact person. The purchase contract is signed at a notary in Montenegro. If you don’t speak the local language, bring a sworn interpreter.

What does the interest list mean?

You join without obligation and are among the first to hear about new houses. You can remove yourself from the list at any time.
